아르칸테라(이하 “앱”)는 개발자 Jiam Yun(Seolasoft, 이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 1인용 판타지 보드게임이에요. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 이름·전화번호 같은 정보를 직접 묻지 않아요. 게임 저장 파일과 설정은 기기 안에만 보관돼요. 다만 앱 운영(통계, 광고, 결제, 오류 진단, 업데이트, 버그 신고)을 위해 아래의 외부 서비스가 일부 정보를 자동으로 처리해요. 이 방침은 「개인정보 보호법」(PIPA)에 따라 그 내용을 알려드리기 위한 것이에요.

기기 안에만 저장되는 정보: 게임 저장 파일(IndexedDB), 설정·언어·튜토리얼 진행·플레이 시간·광고 제거 여부(localStorage). 이 정보는 운영자에게 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제돼요. 기기 백업에도 포함하지 않아요.
유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국·스위스 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 처음 실행할 때 Google UMP 동의 화면이 표시되고, 동의 내용에 따라 맞춤형/비맞춤형 광고가 결정돼요. 동의 화면이 필요하지 않은 지역에서도 언제든지 설정 → 개인정보 옵션에서 선택을 다시 바꿀 수 있어요(해당 지역에서만 표시). Android 기기 설정 → Google(또는 개인정보 보호) → 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있어요. “광고 제거”를 구매하면 광고가 표시되지 않아요.
운영자는 개인정보를 판매하거나 위 목적 외로 제3자에게 제공하지 않아요. 위 서비스 제공자는 운영자를 대신하여(또는 자체 정책에 따라) 정보를 처리해요.
위 서비스는 국외(주로 미국) 서버에서 처리돼요. 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 아래와 같이 알려드려요.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 버그 신고를 보내지 않거나, 맞춤 광고 동의를 거부하거나, 앱 사용을 중단·삭제하실 수 있어요. 다만 통계·광고·업데이트 확인은 앱 운영에 필요한 기능이라 앱을 사용하는 동안에는 완전히 끌 수 없어요.
보유기간이 지나거나 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기해요. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 각 서비스 제공자의 보존 정책에 따른 정보는 해당 정책에 따라 자동 삭제돼요.
앱은 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 해요. 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, Google Play 가족 정책(Families) 프로그램에 참여하지 않아요. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그런 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제해요.
모든 전송은 HTTPS로 암호화돼요. 운영자는 서버에 개인정보 데이터베이스를 따로 두지 않으며, 각 서비스 콘솔 접근은 운영자 계정으로 제한해요.
인터넷(광고·통계·업데이트·버그 신고), 진동(햅틱), 광고 ID(AD_ID, AdMob이 자동 추가). 위치·연락처·카메라·저장소 권한은 요청하지 않아요.
개인정보 침해 신고·상담: 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972), 대검찰청(www.spo.go.kr, 1301), 경찰청(ecrm.police.go.kr, 182).

Arcanterra (“the App”) is a single-player fantasy board game provided by the developer Jiam Yun (Seolasoft, “we”). There is no account or login, and the App never asks for your name, phone number or similar details. Game saves and settings stay on your device. To run the App (analytics, ads, purchases, crash diagnostics, updates and bug reports), the third-party services below process some data automatically.

Stored only on your device: game saves (IndexedDB) and settings, language, tutorial progress, play time and the ads-removed flag (localStorage). These are never sent to us and are deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. They are excluded from device backups.
In regions that require consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and others), a Google UMP consent form is shown on first launch and your choice decides between personalised and non-personalised ads. You can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy options (shown where applicable). You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in Android Settings → Google (or Privacy) → Ads. Buying “Remove Ads” turns ads off.
We do not sell personal data or share it beyond the purposes above. The providers listed process data on our behalf or under their own policies.
Data is processed outside your country, mainly in the United States: by Google LLC (Analytics, AdMob, UMP, Play Billing, Crashlytics), Vercel Inc. (update hosting) and Web3Forms (bug-report relay), over encrypted HTTPS connections whenever the App uses the feature, for the purposes and retention periods above. To avoid a transfer you can skip bug reports, decline personalised ads, or stop using and uninstall the App.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not participate in the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
All transfers use HTTPS. We keep no server-side database of personal data, and access to the service consoles is restricted to the operator's account.
Internet (ads, analytics, updates, bug reports), vibration (haptics) and the advertising ID (AD_ID, added by AdMob). No location, contacts, camera or storage permissions are requested.
